This blog post had such a powerful message that should be read by teachers, both new and old. It discussed how teachers need to be able to let go of the control in our classroom and give that control to our students. This teacher gave an example of how one day, a struggling students chose to ask a fellow classmate for help rather than the teacher. This shows that the teacher can let go of the control in the classroom and let the students rely on each other
